Bryan Frenzel II, M.A., Psy.D., LPA
Dr. Frenzel is a
cognitive-behavioral oriented clinical psychologist who has worked in
the mental health field since 2001. He completed his undergraduate
studies in Psychology at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV. Furthering his education in psychology, Dr. Frenzel went on to earn
his Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy
University in Chicago, IL and his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA.
Dr. Frenzel completed his APA-accredited internship at Broughton Hospital in Morganton, NC. Throughout his training and career, Dr. Frenzel has worked in hospital, inpatient, outpatient, educational, and residential treatment settings specializing in thought, mood, behavioral, anxiety, trauma-related, and comorbid disorders. Dr. Frenzel also served as a member of the pre-doctoral psychology internship training faculty at Broughton Hospital and as an instructor for an undergraduate summer psychology program in coordination with Davidson College. Dr. Frenzel has special interests in risk assessment, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, multidisciplinary treatment, psychological assessment, and empirically validated evidenced based practices.
