Debra Ayers joined the ACAPS team in 2016 as our Administrative Assistant. After working several years for Honeywell she decided to return to school. In 2006 she earned her degree in Office Systems Technology and immediately started working in the mental health field. Debra has extensive experience with all administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence. Debra currently serves as our head receptionist and interacts directly with potential and existing clients, and has increased customer satisfaction ratings at our clinic with her warm smile and attention to detail. In addition to her responsibilities, Debra enjoys taking time out from everyday life to go hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains with her husband and dog, Coco!
