Sarah

Sarah Bolick, LCSW is a graduate of The University of Chicago, where she earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and incorporates modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and psychotherapy into her practice.





Sarah has worked in public schools with elementary and middle school-aged children to improve social and emotional well-being through trauma-informed psychotherapy. She has also provided Intensive In-Home and Outpatient therapy to children and families in rural Appalachia. Sarah most recently worked as an individual and family therapist at a relationship-based residential treatment center where she provided therapy to adolescent girls dealing with trauma, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorder. Sarah believes that healthy relationships are key to the healing process and works with clients to identify and maintain those connections.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys practicing yoga, dance and spending time in the outdoors.
